Ms. Conner oversees Universal’s strategic business planning and implementation, financial operations and investor relations. Her background and contacts in the oil and gas industry date back to 1971.

No stranger to building and managing multimillion dollar operations, Mr. LaBere brings more than 20 years of international financial experience to Universal and a solid background in manufacturing. From strategic planning and budgeting, to financial analysis and modeling, to compliance and reporting, Mr. LaBere is the trusted steward of Universal’s financial policies and plans.

Over the span of his 50-year career, Mr. Thompson has worked in nearly every capacity related to petroleum exploration, drilling and production. With experience ranging from engineer and production superintendent, to operations manager and private petroleum business owner, Mr. Thompson supplies Universal with a well-rounded target customer perspective and invaluable industry contacts. 

Possessing more than 25 years of legal and financial management experience, Ms. Peer lends her talents to Universal in the areas of investment and financial planning. With prior senior-level management experience at various Manhattan-based financial firms, Ms. Peer offers Universal sound fiscal strategies, creative financing solutions and extensive investment contacts.

A veteran petroleum professional, Mr. Schmitz has worked for petroleum equipment supply and service companies since 1970. Mr. Schmitz uses his wide-ranging field operations and equipment manufacturing knowledge to advise Universal on key elements in business and industry.
