Down-hole pressure sensor
Universal’s Down-hole pressure sensor (DHS) is a low cost solution for gaining control of the fluid in your wells. A water-tight pressure transducer positioned in the well at the top of the down-hole pump, the DHS works in conjunction with our OPI embedded controller to expand equipment life by ensuring proper fluid levels and intake pressures at all time. Our customers confirm that their down-hole pumps run longer and their production is optimized through the use of our DHS.

Flow Computer

Critical production and operational data – such as water levels, pump speeds and motor torque – are stored in the memory for up to 35-days. It also provides accurate flow data that enables you to compute gas flow rates and totals. The flow computer easily integrates into the Universal SCADA system. |

Water meter

Our Vortex-style water meter, available in sizes 1" through 3", incorporates a blade that extends into the meter body, where water flow vibration is converted into liquid flow rates. We also supply a Dynasonic meter that can be clamped vertically onto your water piping. |
